What you'll do

• Manage and develop mechanics and electricians
• schedule and oversee work orders and projects
• train and evaluate staff
• troubleshoot equipment and identify parts needs
• manage tools and spare-parts inventory
• maintain repair records
• develop preventive maintenance programs
• oversee equipment installations
• maintain a safe, organized shop and facility
• operate forklifts and scissor lifts as required.
