The teacher leads developmentally appropriate classroom learning and care for two-year-old children. Through daily routines, family communication, developmental tracking, and collaboration with co-teachers, the role supports children's well-being and learning.

What you'll do

• Create developmentally appropriate lesson plans and lead activities
• maintain a safe, clean, organized classroom
• support feeding, diapering, and potty training while fostering independence
• communicate with families and participate in bi-annual conferences
• maintain child portfolios, track milestones, and adapt learning experiences
• follow HighScope, Youngstar, and DCF standards
• collaborate with co-teachers and assist other classrooms as needed.
