What you'll do

• Manage approximately 30–40 Teen Reading Ambassadors across 15–20 branches
• oversee onboarding, timekeeping, coaching, performance management, and communication
• implement the program
• design and facilitate trainings
• build branch relationships
• coordinate events and materials
• analyze program data
• support literacy projects and the literary magazine.
