Associate Customer Experience Manager

What you'll do

• Manage assigned customer accounts, orders, reorders, inquiries, and open-order reporting
• coordinate fulfillment and customer initiatives
• gather and communicate forecasts
• prepare for customer meetings and document follow-ups
• support CRM tracking and account-growth activities
• maintain knowledge of customer brands and company products.
