The Oracle ERP Implementation Lead, Accounts Payable role is hybrid in Alexandria, VA, with one week onsite followed by one week remote. Compensation is $80–$95 per hour. PTF Consulting is recruiting for a client supporting complex Oracle Cloud Finance implementations for public-sector clients. The lead manages full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations, with a focus on Accounts Payable, from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, training, and deployment. The role oversees AP data conversion, integrations, payment processing, and interfaces; maintains functional documentation; supports Projects and Grants integration; and coordinates with stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators to meet public-sector financial and compliance requirements.

What you'll do

• Lead full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Finance implementations focused on Accounts Payable
• manage requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• configure Finance modules including AP, GL, FA, AR, PO, and FAH
• oversee AP data conversion, integrations, payment processing, and interfaces
• maintain Configuration Workbooks and functional documentation
• support Projects and Grants integration
• ensure compliance with public-sector financial, audit, payment, and procurement requirements
• collaborate with stakeholders, technical teams, and system integrators.

Why this role

Requires 10+ years of Oracle ERP implementation experience, 7+ years leading full-lifecycle deployments including two Cloud implementations, deep Oracle Cloud Finance expertise, and two years of public-sector accounting experience. Oracle EBS R12, MBA, CPA, PMP, and Oracle certifications are preferred.
