What you'll do

• Provide, oversee, and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs, and other direct-care staff
• assign and adjust work based on resident needs, staffing, and safety
• arrange staffing replacements and transfers among units
• complete performance evaluations and provide input on personnel decisions
• oversee unit operations when higher-level management is absent.
