Job overview

The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role is onsite at client homes in the Hoboken, NJ area. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. Maya Home Care is a New Jersey PCA and companion agency providing personalized home care services. The caregiver provides personal care and companionship in clients’ homes, following individualized care plans to support comfort, safety, and well-being. The role also includes documenting care and communicating changes in clients’ health to the care coordinator.

What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• provide companionship and meaningful activities
• perform light housekeeping
• monitor and report changes in clients’ health
• follow individualized care plans
• maintain accurate and timely care documentation
• support client comfort and safety.
