Behavioral Support Staff

Job overview

The Behavioral Support Staff role provides in-home and community support in the Greater Sacramento area, including South Sacramento, Carmichael, Citrus Heights, and surrounding areas. Pay is $23 to $27 per hour, with a variety of schedules available, including weekday, overnight, and weekend shifts. Strategies to Empower People supports adults with physical and developmental disabilities in building independence.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on support with hygiene, food preparation, meals, community relationships, money management, personal growth, health management, and behavior management
• support adults with regular behavioral challenges
• help clients develop independence in their homes and communities.
