Lead Carpenter

The Lead Carpenter role is onsite in Littleton, NC, with pay of $25–$35 per hour based on experience. Kenneth Daniel Roofing is seeking a carpenter to lead residential and/or commercial project work while maintaining quality craftsmanship. This role coordinates job-site work, interprets plans and specifications, and performs carpentry tasks to help keep projects on schedule and meet quality and safety standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and perform carpentry on residential and/or commercial projects
• read plans, measurements, and specifications
• complete framing, trim, finish carpentry, repairs, and other general carpentry
• measure, cut, install, and assemble materials
• coordinate job-site work and help keep projects on schedule
• maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment
• guide team members as needed
• communicate progress and issues to leadership.
