Veterinary Receptionist

What you'll do

• Maintain the visual appeal of the reception area
• greet and welcome clients and patients
• answer questions and triage client concerns
• answer calls and emails and direct them to the appropriate party
• schedule appointments to support efficiency and daily flow
• check clients in and out and process payments
• offer friendly, compassionate, and discreet emotional support to clients.
