What you'll do

• Assist with food preparation and cooking
• clean and sanitize kitchen, prep areas, equipment, and storage
• wash dishes and cookware
• stock and organize inventory
• follow food safety procedures
• support cooks and kitchen leadership during service
• receive and store deliveries
• maintain organized workstations and proper food labeling and storage
• assist with opening and closing duties
• support special events, catering, and high-volume service as needed
• communicate with guests, crew, and supervisors
• help ensure passenger safety and comfort.
