What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and work alongside a small millwright crew
• manage daily site operations, safety protocols, and OSHA compliance
• install, repair, and maintain conveyors, grain elevators, and other industrial mechanical systems
• direct maintenance during planned plant shutdowns
• perform mechanical assembly and stick welding
• interpret blueprints and technical layouts
• coordinate site progress with project managers.
