What you'll do

• Review files and analyze claims and causes of action
• conduct legal research and draft briefs, memoranda, pleadings, and appellate briefs
• represent clients in court, arbitrations, and depositions
• draft and respond to discovery
• retain and collaborate with expert witnesses
• prepare for and attend trials
• advise clients and coordinate with partners and stakeholders
• manage deadlines and assignments independently.
