What you'll do

• Lead and mentor HVAC service technicians

• follow up on rescheduling and quoted repairs
• review job costs and billing
• monitor work in progress and profitability
• maintain customer and sales relationships
• support hiring and performance reviews
• operate and maintain a company vehicle.

Why this role
