Medication Technician — PM & NOC Schedule

Job overview

The Medication Technician role is onsite in Fresno, CA, and pays $18.75–$19.30 per hour. At The Windham, the technician provides direct care to residents and supports their comfort, safety, and well-being. The technician administers medications according to individual care plans, documents and reports changes, and helps manage medication inventory and refills. The role also supports daily living, companionship, resident independence, and participation in life-enrichment activities.

What you'll do

• Assist with prescribed medication administration, including self-administration, according to care plans
• document care and report changes in resident status
• manage medication inventory and storage and coordinate reorders and deliveries
• assist with activities of daily living
• provide emotional support and companionship
• encourage participation in life-enrichment programs
• communicate with healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff.

Why this role

PM and NOC availability and weekends are required; at least 12 months of professional medication-administration experience is required. High school diploma or equivalent and current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain are specified.
