What you'll do

• For cooks: prepare food according to recipes and direction
• set up and stock stations
• maintain food safety, cleanliness, quality, and presentation
• communicate with colleagues. For dishwashers: wash and put away dishes and kitchen tools
• monitor dish machine temperature and chemical levels
• maintain an orderly dish room
• follow food safety and cleanliness procedures.
