Warehouse Supervisor — Production Operations

Job overview

The Warehouse Supervisor role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO. Pay is $25–$29 per hour. Echelon Supply and Service supplies hoses and hose assemblies for commercial and military applications. The role oversees production and warehouse staff, inventory, and workflow to meet customer ship dates while maintaining product quality and safety. What you'll do

• Hire, manage, coach, mentor, and train direct reports and oversee warehouse staff
• drive production to meet required ship dates and profitability goals
• monitor inventory and forecast needs
• maintain inventory organization in relation to production flow
• develop programs to meet customer requirements
• assist with supplier relationships
• conduct performance reviews and maintain records
• maintain a safe, clean, organized work area and follow company safety policies.
