Deck Supervisor

The Deck Supervisor role is onsite in Bloomington, IL, and pays $16.53–$20.46 per hour. What you'll do

• Direct student and instructor movement so lessons start and end on time
• monitor check-ins and class assignments
• lead pre- and post-shift huddles
• fill staffing gaps or substitute as needed
• observe lessons for curriculum and safety
• provide constructive instructor feedback
• assist with new-hire and in-service training
• answer parent questions and resolve concerns
• oversee student evaluations and parent updates
• conduct safety walkthroughs
• maintain deck, equipment, and changing-area cleanliness
• serve as a primary incident responder and oversee the Emergency Action Plan.
