What you'll do

• Lead restaurant operations and enforce policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points
• support the General Manager in developing team members
• perform all restaurant stations and functions through the Service Manager level
• oversee cash management and nightly report packaging
• train, coach, and develop employees
• supervise shifts
• uphold food safety and facilities standards
• complete opening and closing, line-check, and cleaning processes.
