What you'll do

• Produce reports, flowcharts, presentations, and project documentation
• coordinate meetings, special events, and cross-functional projects
• provide administrative and advisory support
• improve procedures and business processes
• analyze data and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports
• maintain databases and reporting tools
• support ServiceNow dashboard requirements and testing
• maintain project documentation and status updates
• draft and edit reports, policy documents, white papers, and presentations.
