The Clinical Dietitian role is an onsite position located in Houston, TX. The dietitian will assess patient needs, provide dietary education, and monitor nutritional status to ensure optimal patient recovery and well-being.

What you'll do

• Assess patients' nutritional needs, develop and implement dietary plans, provide education on healthy eating habits, instruct patients on post-discharge diets, monitor nutritional status, communicate with physicians and other disciplines, evaluate referral orders, document in medical records, implement care plans, adapt menus, conduct calorie counts, and review menus for nutritional adequacy.
