• Set priorities and scorecards for three director-level leads and build needed capabilities
• develop the annual marketing strategy and budget
• refine positioning across existing products and innovations
• lead go-to-market strategy for launches
• build ROI measurement, dashboards, and test-learn-scale processes
• partner with Sales to grow retail velocity and accelerate Amazon, direct-to-consumer, and TikTok Shop
• lead social, influencer, and creator strategy
• contribute to company growth planning and collaborate across the organization.
