What you'll do

• Plan and oversee custodial work
• perform routine cleaning
• assign work requests and coordinate vacation schedules
• set up equipment for special events
• repair buildings, mechanical systems, furniture, and custodial equipment
• assist the Facilities Manager
• inspect the building weekly
• respond to emergency cleanups and repairs
• assist with building alarm and energy management systems
• use a power lift for cleaning and repairs at heights up to 30 feet.
