What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
• support mobility, transfers, and assistive devices
• monitor and document behavior, health changes, and incidents
• facilitate social, recreational, and community outings
• maintain a clean and safe home
• communicate with supervisors, nurses, and family
• respond to emergencies according to protocols
• support individualized service and care plans.
