What you'll do

• Prepare menu items using standard recipes and club standards
• identify and requisition products
• maintain supplies and small wares
• set up, maintain, and break down the cook station
• keep work areas and equipment clean and sanitary
• store reusable leftovers properly
• notify the sous chef of expected shortages
• follow food safety and workplace safety standards.
