Team Leader

The Team Leader works onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour. The role supports Primark’s in-store team and its customer experience as the company expands in the United States. The Team Leader leads and develops Sales Associates while supporting daily store operations. Through coaching, task coordination, merchandising, and attention to stock availability and service, the role helps drive sales and maintain an efficient, welcoming shopping experience.

What you'll do

• Lead, motivate, and develop colleagues
• provide direction, coaching, and feedback
• maintain stock levels and size availability
• ensure the sales floor is presented, merchandised, and replenished
• allocate daily tasks and support schedules
• oversee customer areas and address service issues
• support opening, closing, and store duty management when needed
• ensure pricing, signage, markdowns, stockroom organization, and safety checks meet standards.

Why this role

Reports to the Department Manager and supports a team of Sales Associates. The role requires standing and walking for up to eight hours per shift and lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
