What you'll do

• Serve walk-in customers and respond to telephone inquiries
• receive and process packages for courier shipment
• operate copiers, fax machines, binding and laminating equipment, and point-of-sale devices
• learn service and product offerings
• take ownership of shipping needs and offer solutions
• maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• complete notary certification and provide notary services if applicable.
