What you'll do

• Manage hospital operations and patient care delivery
• oversee revenue, labor, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency
• review payroll hours and monitor payroll costs
• coordinate accounts payable
• manage inventory
• develop staff and doctor schedules
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and evaluate team members
• address client concerns
• monitor performance metrics and compliance
• coordinate local marketing and community events
• maintain medical equipment and practice management systems.
