What you'll do

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• lead three Regional Sales Managers and the Inside Sales Manager through performance management, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and business planning
• establish sales goals, KPIs, and territory strategies
• expand customer relationships and secure new business
• identify market opportunities, trends, and competitive risks
• support strategic prospecting and key customer pursuits
• maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders
• ensure consistent sales processes, CRM use, pipeline management, and forecasting
• coach and develop sales teams
• partner cross-functionally to deliver customer-focused solutions.
