What you'll do

• Support daily hotel operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest relations
• step in when the General Manager is unavailable
• help develop the team and maintain brand standards
• track sales leads and follow up
• identify business opportunities and build relationships with local businesses, contractors, construction companies, corporate travelers, and other lodging clients
• conduct sales calls
• develop strategies for repeat guests and long-term corporate accounts
• monitor occupancy, room rates, revenue opportunities, and hotel performance.
