What you'll do

• Deliver health education, presentations, and prevention activities
• support suicide prevention, mental health, highway safety, tobacco, alcohol misuse, nutrition, physical activity, and chronic disease initiatives
• create and maintain outreach materials and digital content
• collaborate with community partners and coalitions
• support policy and environmental change efforts
• maintain program data, performance measures, and grant documentation
• participate in quality improvement and emergency preparedness activities.
