Master Personal Trainer

Job overview

What you'll do

• Lead, develop, and mentor personal trainers
• conduct initial assessments and reassessments using the GYMGUYZ app
• design and lead individual and small-group sessions
• monitor client success metrics and training quality
• support sales and assessment goals
• facilitate workshops and team development
• contribute to local marketing and community engagement.
