The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Paid Training role is based in Lincoln, NE, providing in-home or center-based services. The stated pay range is $18–$25 per hour. Above and Beyond Therapy provides paid training to help candidates become Registered Behavior Technicians and supports children and families affected by autism. The role provides one-to-one applied behavior analysis therapy and implements individualized programs written by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Through data collection, session notes, and collaboration with supervisors and peers, the technician supports children’s development of behavioral, daily living, and educational skills.

What you'll do

• Provide direct one-to-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
• implement individualized treatment plans and programs written by the supervising BCBA
• collect data and submit session notes
• collaborate with peers and supervisors
• participate in staff meetings and training
• commute between appointments using a vehicle and valid driver’s license.
