What you'll do

• Handle and store food according to facility procedures and food-safety requirements
• assist with preparation and tray-line setup
• assemble and verify resident diet trays
• load and deliver trays and scheduled nourishment
• report meal refusals and equipment problems
• clean dishes, equipment, and workspaces
• support inspection preparation and communicate with supervisors.
