What you'll do

• Greet prospective residents, show apartments, explain lease terms and community policies, conduct property tours, and follow up with prospects.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, resident inquiries, complaints, and satisfaction surveys.
• Prepare leasing paperwork, maintain records, review leads and follow-ups in Yardi, support marketing and community events, and coordinate with maintenance on service requests and property issues.

Why this role
