The role prepares pastries and menu items to support daily bakery and café operations. It contributes to consistent quality, food safety, and guest experience through accurate preparation, baking support, organized kitchen practices, and collaboration with the back-of-house team.

What you'll do

• Prepare pastries and menu items according to recipes and quality standards
• chop, measure, mix, and assemble ingredients
• support baking and production
• maintain a clean workstation
• follow food safety and sanitation standards
• label, date, and store food
• assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• support front-of-house operations when needed.
