The technician is responsible for customer interaction, vehicle testing, invoice generation, inventory control, and maintaining service vehicles while acting as a brand ambassador for The Boyd Group.

What you'll do

• Communicate with shop representatives to determine testing and analysis.
• Perform diagnostic testing, programming, ADAS calibrations, and wiring repairs.
• Advise shops of needed repairs.
• Manage inventory and order supplies.
• Generate and email service invoices.
• Collect payments.
• Maintain shop equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with teammates to schedule and complete jobs.
