Bakery Production Associate – Cake Baking and Packaging

Job overview

The Bakery Production Associate – Cake Baking and Packaging role is onsite in Farmers Branch, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule and multiple shifts available; overtime may be needed. Pay is $15 per hour. The role supports the Cake Baking and Packaging department at a commercial bakery producing breads and pastries. The associate helps prepare, bake, inspect, and package cake products while following food-safety and production procedures. Consistent quality and packaging support efficient production and distribution of finished bakery products.

• Assist with baking and preparing cakes to production specifications

• package, label, and prepare products for distribution
• inspect products for quality and accuracy
• handle ingredients and finished goods
