What you'll do

• Advocate for Merchant Services across banking lines
• develop and deliver training, presentations, workshops, webinars, and sales tools
• help bankers identify opportunities
• serve as liaison to vendor sales leadership
• coordinate joint calling and portfolio reviews
• track referrals and performance indicators
• coordinate escalated service issues
• partner with Treasury Management, business lines, Marketing, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
