What you'll do

• Provide companionship and household support
• assist with personal care and activities of daily living
• support dementia and memory care when assigned
• assist with mobility and transfers according to care plans and training
• prepare meals and support hydration
• perform light housekeeping
• provide authorized medication reminders
• document care and report changes or safety concerns
• transport clients when approved and authorized.
