What you'll do

• Proactively engage retail customers to uncover needs and identify purchasing intent
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations of wireless devices and service plans
• Clearly explain pricing and features to support purchase decisions
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchase process
• Build relationships with store leadership and associates
• Coach store teams to strengthen brand advocacy
• Maintain merchandising and display standards
• Track performance and KPIs using reporting tools
• Share market insights and customer feedback.
