What you'll do

• Provide direct 2:1 support during community participation activities
• support communication, engagement, and community participation
• follow the individual’s ISP, behavior strategies, and safety plan
• use calm redirection and de-escalation when needed
• coordinate with a second staff member
• assist with outings and activities
• document services
• report concerns, incidents, or changes to supervisors.
