The Dining / Bar Supervisor role is onsite at the Westin Hotel in Lake Mary, Florida. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. The schedule is full- or part-time, Sunday through Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; further details are provided during the interview. The role supports Culinaire’s food and beverage service at the hotel. The supervisor provides first-level oversight of food, beverage, meal service, and production. The role monitors service quality, staff practices, safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction to help ensure consistent daily operations.

What you'll do

• Oversee food, beverage, and meal services and production
• ensure food and beverages are high quality and served within established time frames
• review menus and production needs
• monitor staff use of systems, protocols, and quality tools
• visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction
• communicate with staff
• enforce safety and sanitation standards and sign off on cleaning procedures.
