What you'll do

• Execute store plans and daily operations
• support sales promotions and events
• review store financials with leadership
• operate registers and handle cash
• maintain inventory, store cleanliness, shipping and receiving, and visual merchandising
• support course-material activities
• supervise, train, onboard, and schedule team members
• provide customer service and resolve escalated issues
• maintain order service levels
• communicate with campus partners and facilitate campus events.
