What you'll do

• Produce architectural drawings and BIM models
• coordinate deliverable schedules with consulting engineers and interior designers
• maintain project correspondence and BIM files
• coordinate model exchanges and BIM execution plans
• assemble and distribute document sets
• prepare reports, field reports, meeting minutes, and specifications
• assist with code analysis, RFIs, submittals, and AHJ responses
• coordinate resources and project schedules
• support client meetings and design iterations.

Why this role
