What you'll do

• Manage the event sales cycle, including marketing, tours, booking, and closing
• solicit and negotiate new and repeat business
• develop promotional materials
• coordinate event execution with the Director of Sales and Catering
• complete contracts and collect deposits and final payments
• monitor bookings and event requirements
• attend BEO meetings
• communicate changes
• serve as a client and group contact during events
• manage invoices, files, supplies, and rental items.
