What you'll do

• Assist walk-in and telephone customers
• recommend products and alternatives based on customer needs, timelines, and budgets
• provide basic troubleshooting and product support
• enter orders in Eclipse ERP and process returns and warranty requests
• communicate order updates
• maintain the counter
• support sales, receiving, shipping, and warehouse tasks as needed.
