What you'll do

• Provide customer service and assess customer needs
• oversee staffing, employee performance, store opening and closing, service levels, and inventory
• drive revenue goals and sales metrics
• hire, develop, motivate, and manage the team
• manage shipments, returns, trade-in and demo devices, and supplies
• ensure audit and paperwork compliance
• manage cash and payment handling
• maintain store appearance
• provide consultative sales and service
• coach team members and monitor results
• support activations, account changes, bill payments, accessories, plan changes, and upgrades
• represent the company at community events.
