What you'll do

• Maintain confidentiality
• receive calls and in-person inquiries
• enter data in CAD and records management systems
• process and proofread correspondence, reports, forms, and confidential documents. Maintain computerized records and logs
• disseminate information according to guidelines
• prepare court and District Attorney reports
• process permits, licenses, Live Scan fingerprinting, and statutory registrations
• route incoming mail and process outgoing mail.
