Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist role is onsite in Stockton, CA, and is part-time. Compensation is $18 per hour. Connected’s mission is to breed, grow, and sell cannabis products, and this role supports store inventory operations. The role maintains accurate, compliant store inventory by checking, labeling, organizing, and counting incoming products. It supports inventory leadership with audits, discrepancy research, and California Track and Trace (METRC) and ERP system records so products are properly verified before sale.

What you'll do

• Label, tag, organize, count, and quality-check newly received finished goods
• conduct weekly cycle counts and investigate discrepancies
• verify quantities, labels, and certificates of analysis
• complete monthly inventory audits
• escalate inventory and UID discrepancies
• research variances and adjustments as directed
• maintain disposal logs and lists of quality-hold or quarantined products
• ensure products are received in METRC and the ERP system with appropriate labels before sale.

Why this role

Part-time inventory role in a vertically integrated cannabis company; METRC or similar seed-to-sale tracking experience is preferred. Requires age 21 or older and a valid California driver’s license; lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
